The small gìte gets shape now…

Then suddenly it's already 1st of March. Time flies when you have fun, we often say here at Maison de la Bonne Vie, and apparently so it is. After a few days of super nice spring weather, we suddenly had snow that luckily did not last very long. The winter is not a real one this year, but we don't complain about it because all the jobs in the barn need to be done. Last week we did a lot of work again, last part electricity, last water tubes connected and tested, location of the boiler determined, drainage determined and placed, floor made in the bathroom and part of the walls in the bathroom, living room and bedroom done . Not everything can be closed since we still have to place a "main" electrical cable behind the walls. Hopefully we will have it in house soon and we can close everything with Rockwool and the OSB. With the part that is now closed, it suddenly starts to become a Gîte instead of a barn where the cows once stood. Let us know what you think.

The first reservations have already been received, but we still have enough space for July, so spread the word.....
